Emily’s Gift Studio Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. All vouchers have a one year expiry date from the date of purchase, valid up to the value in whole or part payment towards an item from the Emily’s Gift Studio online shop or a bespoke commission.

2. Vouchers are valid for a single redemption only. No change can be given for any unspent balance. The entire value of the voucher must be used when it is redeemed. No change will be given and no remaining balance will remain, nor future credit given.

3. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Redeeming Your Voucher

You can use your gift voucher to purchase items from the Emily’s Gift Studio online shop or put it towards the cost of a commission.

• To use it in the shop: Simply visit my online shop via this link or with the “Shop” link at the top of this page. Then choose your goodies and enter your voucher code at checkout to redeem your voucher!
• To put it towards a commission: Go to emilyheaven.com/commissions to find out how to start the process. Please let me know you’d like to use your voucher towards your commission in your email and quote your voucher code in the subject line.
